Spa Day at Home

When all the stresses of life, work, kids, social engagements etc., start to wear you down, do yourself a favor and take an at home spa day (or hour depending on your schedule). Follow these simple steps to relax and rejuvenate.

1. Drink A LOT of water and add a slice of lemon, lime or orange for a refreshing spa-like drink.

2. Put on relaxing music.

3. Lock yourself in the bathroom with some candles and a comfy robe or towel.

5. Sit in the bath and relax.

6. Use a loofah or body scrub to slough off any dry or dead skin.

7. When you are finished, towel off and moisturize.

8. Take a nap, watch a movie or TV show, do some yoga stretches or whatever you enjoy to continue your relaxed state.
